Director of Operations

‘Providing a sound and robust operational foundation allows the team to focus and flourish in their passion for delivering innovative health policy solutions.’

Rhiannon joined The Health Policy Partnership in September 2018 as Director of Operations.

Providing operational management, Rhiannon is responsible for creating an efficient, sustainable and collaborative foundation for the HPP team and delivering strategic guidance to the Managing Directors. Her role encompasses financial oversight, resource planning, project management and improving internal policies.

Rhiannon’s operational career spans more than a decade. Before joining HPP, she was Operations Director at the International Longevity Centre – UK, a think-tank looking at the impact of demographic change on society. She also managed the Secretariat for the European Nutrition for Health Alliance, a charity established to promote and implement nutritional risk screening and improve nutritional care for all European citizens.

She has also supported several high-level figures in the health and care sectors, as well as providing operational consultancy advice in the not-for-profit sector. This background has developed Rhiannon’s passion for ensuring fit-for-purpose health policy is adapted for all, irrespective of social, economic or geographical background.
